Mobilitat Eficient i Sostenible
Aquí podreu entendre la importància de la "Mobilitat Eficient i Sostenible". En una altra pàgina web hem dedicat part d'aquesta mobilitat que aquí no incluirem, és "la mobilitat del vianant" (cliqueu aquí).
Cal copsar el significat del concepte EFICIÈNCIA. És allò que manca a moltes de les actuacions i status quo municipal a l'Estartit. Cal diferenciar el concepte d'eficiència dels altres com són la eficàcia i la efectivitat.
Senyors transportistes i distribuïdors, compreu-vos bones "carretilles"... Apagueu el cotxe, no el deixeu engegat mentre entregueu les comandes. Deixeu-lo en un lloc on no molesteu altres vehicles i sobretot... als vianants. Al mateix temps, gaudireu d'un passeig des d'on deixeu el camió fins al lloc d'entrega. Fareu salut. Vingueu en temps, es tracta de treballar i no pas d'una marató olímpica (slow life). Tanmateix contribuireu a disminuir la contaminació atmosfèrica i gaudireu i alhora gaudirem tots d'un aire més pur i saludable. Que ja sabem que mentre uns de vosaltres us hi deixeu la pell, altres que no descarreguen res i tant sols fan de "viatjants" a preguntar si als comerciants els manca res... o d'altres que us aneu a esmorzar i deixeu la camioneta engegada... i a vegades us hi esteu una hora o més. Ajudeu als residents i turistes a gaudir de la seva estada i passejades, sense ocupar o fer nosa a ningú (incloent els vianants) i permeten respirar un aire pur i net.

Com aquest Ajuntament no saben el que són els discs horaris per càrrega i descàrrega, si algú que en pertany es mira aquest web, si us plau, mireu les 2 fotografies següents i sortiu d'aquesta web. El que ve més avall és massa "sofisticat" per vosaltres. És massa "sostenible". O potser és que l'Ajuntament està molt més avançat del que ens pensem i "vola més lluny" en una altra galàxia.
Ara els discs horaris, que mai s'han utilitzat a l'Estartit (d'aquí el kaos), han quedat obsolets amb les noves tecnologies i la seva aplicació urbana (smart city).
Cal també entendre el que s'entén per "logística de l'últim kilòmetre". Així mateix, el concepte de "micro-plataforma logística".
Imatges de "microplataformes logístiques"... no és ciència ficció ni un muntatge futurista. Potser en un lloc com el nostre acostumat a la grolleria pot semblar estrany però Viles més curoses i civilitzades fa temps que les utilitzen.
